Shipping & Returns

Shipping Zone
1. The goods are sent out from China Warehouse.

2. Japan & USA & Most of Europe country supports free shipping. (Canada and some European countries need to pay a small freight surcharge.)

3.  Africa, South America and most of Asia customers do not support online purchase, if your address is not in our sales range, please contact us first.

4.  Australia, New Zealand customers also do not support online purchase, please order from SealTV.com.au

Delivery Times
1.We will ship your order within 3 days from china. Please allow 3-8 days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

2.Any delivery dates provided by DeerTV are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your DeerTV account if you have registered. If you registered on our site, you could also track your order here with your tracking number.

Damaged Shipment
Inspect your items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged, please inform the carrier by email and also forard to us. You must contact us at order(a/t)deertv.com within 24 hours of the delivery date to report damage and you will get insurance coverage.

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Returns can be made by contacting DeerTV first. DeerTV will supply a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

4. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned, but you will get insurance coverage.

Glass or acrylic damage, you need to find the supplier to replace the local.
Scratches, minor scratches, you can simply patch. Serious scratches, please find a car paint spray factory to help you repair.
