Sorry, for individual customers, in addition to the usual discounts on the website, we do not provide more discounts, because we already sell cheaper. If you need more units, please kindly contact us first to apply for a special discount. In addition, making profits is not our only purpose. If you use it for welfare societies, organizations for the disabled, or any poverty alleviation, non-profit organizations, please contact us first, we can even provide you with all the products for free. What tripod or stand do you recommend?
We recommend you choose the outdoor painting type, no rusts. Please be sure to check the weight specs (the total weight load capacity: projector case weight + projector).
Can this projector enclosure comes with an security lock also?
Yes, it comes with an security lock.
Is the projector enclosure ceiling mountable?
Yes, it supports top (ceiling) and bottom mount.
Do you have white coloured version of it?
We only have black color avaible for the present. White color is very easy to turn yellow after some days, we do not recommend. You may have a try to paint white it yourself.
Does the UST enclosure protect against humidity/moisture getting pulled into the enclosure?
Yes, the projector enclosure can well portect it from moisture, dust, bugs and so on. It is designed for outdoor installation.
Why the cooling fan does not work?
First, please check the 12V DC power-in is working or not? Second, please check the environment temperature, it is the thermostatically cooling system, if the temperature is less than 28C, the fans will stop work.
How long is the warranty period ?
The housing with 3 years warranty, the circuit components come with a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty on the date of original obtain a certified retailer or installer. See warranty policy for details.
DoI need a heater system inside the Enclosure?
The heater function for optional, 95% customer will not choose it because most of latest LED projector can work under 0F, the heater may be a good idea if you are planning to use your television often in temperatures well below 20F. And don’t forget, those heaters have to remain connected 24hrs a day – that’s a lot of electricity to waste to watch TV in cold temperatures.
Do i need the external waterproof audio speaker?
No, the enclosure has the audio out hole, how ever, if your TV audio out is small or you need the good audio out, it is simple to connect TV and pass the audio cable with the enclosure?
